Payment Options

We take the following forms of payment:

Direct credit to our Bank Account.

• Credit Card, EFTPOS.

• We also accept Q Card, Farmers card, but goods must be collected from in store.

• If your online purchase is completed on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, your goods will leave the next working day, as the courier companies are not open.

Shipping

• All items over $50NZD Value will be shipped free of charge via Courier Post or Castle Parcels, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your purchase all the way to your door.
• We look to ship your goods the same day for orders received before midday and the next business day for orders received after midday.
• Pick up from our store/s is also welcome.

Returns Policy

30 Day Internet Returns Policy 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may simply return it to us in its original, unused condition for a full refund, or you can swap it for another size or we are happy to give you a store credit for the same value, it is your choice.If you decide you would want to return your product, you must call us on 04 384 7139 or email us to get an Return Advice number, no returns will be excepted without this number.
