Who is eligible to enter Empire raffles?
Our raffles are open to Empire customers only, based in New Zealand and Australia. To be eligible, you must have an Empire account with a valid email address loaded, and have made a purchase(s) of $99 in the last 365 days. (Excludes gift card purchases)

How our raffles work
When the sneakers are released, a ‘spin to win’ pop up will show on screen for eligible customers.

Shipping is set at $1,000,000 to prevent bot purchases. When you spin to win you have get the chance to get a free shipping code.

To get this pop up, you must be logged in to your Empire account. Not logged in? You can do it here. If you accidently dismiss the pop up before you spin, you may be able to get the pop up again by refreshing your page.

If you use a different email address from the one signed in it won't be valid and even if you win on the spin to win you will not be sent a code.

The discount codes are randomly allocated, and you can only spin once. The limited release sneakers will be available to purchase on the website for $200. If your spin is a winner, we will email you a shipping discount code that can only be redeemed against the particular shoe promoted in the current raffle. Using this discount code will make the shipping free. Once a shipping discount code has been generated, it will be valid for six hours and single use only.

If I get a shipping discount code will I be guaranteed the opportunity to purchase a pair of sneakers?

No. Getting a shipping discount code does not guarantee you will be able to purchase a pair of the limited release sneakers. The codes are randomly generated and allocated, and there may be more winning spins than pairs of shoes available. A shipping discount code only gives you the chance to purchase a pair.

If you land a winning spin, we encourage you to complete your purchase as soon as you can, to avoid disappointment. The raffle and pop up will end once all of the shoes have been sold. 

What can I use a 'Free Shipping' raffle discount code for?

A Free Shipping discount code is only valid for the particular raffle it was generated for, and it is not redeemable on any other purchase, now or in the future. We reserve the right to void any and all raffle discount codes at our discretion and without prior warning. Receiving a Free Shipping discount code does not guarantee you will be able to purchase the limited release sneakers, and the discount code does not hold any value outside of this raffle. All of the remaining codes will be cancelled once all shoes within the release have been sold.

Any other discount codes available within the ‘spin to win’ may have different terms and conditions, and if you win one of these, we will include these details in an email to you.

How many pairs can I purchase?

Our limited release sneakers are strictly limited to one per customer. If you try to purchase more than one pair, your order will be cancelled and you will not be able to use your Free Shipping discount code again.

How can I redeem my code?

If you receive a Free Shipping discount code, navigate to the product page and add the shoes to your cart. Enter the discount code at the checkout, on the payment page. Easy!
