This special quick strike has been created in honor of the late Sandy Bodecker, Nike SB's founding father. The 'Raygun' Dunk Low features a trippy tie-dye pattern in both the mid panel and heel. This addition replaces the orange and yellow leather that was on the original Raygun of 2005. The tie-dye is a nod to Bodecker, who was known for wearing a Nike SB Rayguns tie-dye hoody around the Nike Campus. Rayguns are named from Roswell Rayguns were a fictitious Nike basketball team. The Rayguns green cartoon alien mascot features on the side of the heal of the shoes.
