Your rewards will be collected against your account email/phone number and can be collected with every purchase. Collect a point for every dollar spent and cash it in for a $25 voucher once you reach 250 points (only on full-priced orders over $75). Easy.. 

FAQ's:

I earnt points on an order that I returned. Will I keep those points?

• Points earned on returned orders, will be revoked and cannot be returned.

I used a discount on an order that I ended up returning/ was refunded. What happens next?

• Unfortunately, discounts used on returned orders cannot be given back.

What happens with refunds?

• If you choose to redeem your Empire Rewards for a voucher, and used this voucher on an order you returned these points cannot be given back, nor can the discount code.
  

Where do I get my Rewards voucher?

• Sign up or log-in to spend your rewards here.
• All sales connected to your email address will be automatically collected in your account. 

Terms & Conditions:

• Once you have selected voucher you will have 30 days to spend it.
• Your voucher will need to be spent in full (no carry over balance from part purchase can be carried over)
• Rewards Points used to redeem discount vouchers are considered redeemed at the time the voucher is issued. Redeemed points will not be returned, reissued, or credited back to a member's account in the event of a refund, return, exchange, item/ order cancellation, or partial refund.
• Rewards points have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for other payment methods
• Redeemed points for vouchers are considered final, and not able to be reissued.
