SHIPPING 

New Zealand: Shipping is free for orders over $99. For orders $99 and under, shipping is $7.50.

NZ Orders: 2-5 Working Days

AU Orders: 6-15 Working Days

Rest of the world: Get in touch for a custom shipping quote with the below details:

• Size, quantity and name of the item (s) you want to order
• Delivery address
• Contact details – phone number and email address

DHL Express Shipping is our preferred method of shipping and is available for most countries.

(Please note, customers will be liable for any Tax/Duties imposed by the receiving countries government)

For all orders, we use a tracked courier service with signature required on delivery. You can opt for the parcel to be left without a signature, but it then becomes your responsibility to ensure it is delivered safely.

Shipping Terms and Policies:

Delivery Addresses: Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Empire Skate Store will not take any responsibility for orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery addresses provided.  

Delivery Estimates: All delivery estimates above are indicative in nature only, and dependent on courier services operating at a standard capacity. By placing your order with Empire Skate Store, you agree to not hold Empire Skate Store liable for any loss or damage directly associated to, or in connection with any delivery delays outside of the estimated time-frame. 

Delivery Problems: Empire Skate does not contact courier companies on the customer's behalf. Any communication regarding its delivery must be between the courier company and the customer.

Duties and Taxes: All customers outside of New Zealand are responsible for their own duties and taxes, should they be incurred.

Lost Items: In the instance that an item is deemed to be lost by the courier company, contact us and we will process a claim on your behalf. Please Note: Empire Skate will only handle courier claims in the event of lost items, excluding delayed deliveries. 

Order Tracking: You will be sent an email detailing tracking information on the day that your order is processed. If you have not received this, please check your junk, or promotional folder. 

Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. In the event of a promotion, orders may take longer to be processed, due to high demand. 

Rural Delivery: Please allow 1-5 business days in addition to the above estimates for rural deliveries. As rural delivery time-frames are dependent on area, carrier, and servicing times, you acknowledge that The Empire Skate Store is not responsible for the time-frame of delivery, and cannot be held liable any deliveries outside of the provided estimates. 

Signature Required:  All orders are dispatched as signature required. Waiving this, or using an ATL (Authority To Leave) is at your own risk; replacements will not be offered if items are stolen.

Split Orders: Ordering multiple items may result in split deliveries based on item locations. Check your order status page or tracking email for split orders and both tracking numbers.
